Stanley Black & Decker is seeking a Regional Sales Director for the Industrial Field, West Region, with a Remote/Field setup and 50% travel. You will oversee regional sales operations, develop localized strategies, and lead a high-performing Field Sales team to achieve revenue and market penetration goals.

You’ll champion Total Tool Solutions with DEWALT and PROTO, align with Channel Marketing and supply chain, manage budgets, and build strong relationships with distributors and end-users while

Qualifikationen

Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field.
Minimum 10 years of Sales experience in Industrial channels, with 5+ years in people leadership.
Ability to travel within the United States ~50% of the year.
