One win covers many locations, so each deal is large, multi-stakeholder and worth the work. This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports, a $2M annual quota, and remote work across the USA or Canada.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of closing high-value enterprise deals.
• Experience selling to roofing groups or multi-location buyers is a plus.
• Long, consultative sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from discovery to close for large, multi-location roofing accounts.
• Negotiate and close deals with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders.
• Expand: add locations and services after signing a group.
• Collaborate with strategists and leadership to craft winning proposals.
