Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency serving roofing contractors across multiple markets. As Director of Business Development for Roofing, you own our largest multi-location deals from first meeting to signed contract.

One win covers many locations, so each deal is large, multi-stakeholder and worth the work. Our sales development team and inbound put qualified meetings on your calendar, so your time goes to closing.

Formación

• Proven record of closing $1M+ annual deals in large multi-location or enterprise accounts.
• Experience selling to roofing groups or similar multi-location buyers.
• Long, consultative sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
• Independent contributor who closes business rather than manages people.

Responsabilidades

• Own the full cycle on large deals: discovery, proposal, negotiation and close (3–12 months).
• Sell to owners, regional operators and marketing leaders at multi-market roofing groups.
• Drive expansion to add locations and services once a group signs.
• Collaborate with strategists and leadership to build compelling proposals for top deals.

No direct reports. This is an individual contributor seat going after strategic, multi-location roofing accounts: large groups you open and close yourself.

About The Role

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency running websites, SEO and paid media for roofing contractors operating across several markets. As Director of Business Development for Roofing, you own our largest multi-location roofing deals, from the first meeting with ownership to the signed contract. One win covers many locations, so each deal is large, multi-stakeholder and worth the work. Our sales development team and inbound put qualified meetings with these groups on your calendar, so your time goes to closing.

The seat

• $2M annual quota, carried on a small number of large accounts.
• Leads fed to you: meetings with roofing contractors operating across several markets, booked by our sales development team or inbound.
• No management. No team to build, hire or run.
• Strategic accounts: multi-market roofing contractors with many locations, where one signed deal covers the whole group and opens the next.

What You Will Own

• The full cycle on large deals: discovery, proposal, negotiation and close, over 3 to 12 months.
• Deals with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders all at the table.
• Expansion: more locations and more services once a group signs.
• Proposals built with our strategists and leadership for the deals that matter most.

What You Bring

• A record of closing $1M+ a year on large, multi-location or enterprise accounts.
• Selling into roofing groups, or marketing and agency services to similar multi-location buyers.
• Long, consultative cycles with several decision makers. If your background is high-volume, single-location or one-call transactional sales, this is a different job.
• You would rather close business than manage people.
