Zusammenfassung

Lumicera Health Services is seeking a Director of Fulfillment Operations to lead and optimize the medication fulfillment process across multiple sites. The role focuses on ensuring compliant, safe, and efficient operations including inventory, cold chain, dispensing, shipping, and service delivery.

You will shape the organization through design, process improvements, and cross-training, while staffing for redundancy and business continuity in a growing operation.

Qualifikationen

• Pharmacist licensure in residence state (or reciprocity within 4 months)
• Minimum of five years as a licensed pharmacist preferred
• 4-5 years' experience in specialty pharmacy preferred
• Previous supervisory experience preferred
• Managed care or PBM experience preferred
• Commitment to compliance programs and teamwork across departments

Aufgaben

• Lead operational redesign and execute strategies to increase service levels and efficiencies across multiple locations
• Direct Patient Services and Specialty Programs staffing requirements
• Collaborate with IT to ensure systems support fulfillment operations and reporting capabilities
• Develop plans for infrastructure, processes and personnel to support growth and new services
• Drive continuous operational improvements to enhance patient care and customer experience
• Collaborate with cross-organizational leaders to optimize processes for safety and efficiency
• Monitor and report KPIs to Pharmacy Managers and Executives
• Contribute to Quality Improvement Projects and committees
• Evaluate and present business cases for new technology or processes to improve fulfillment
• Oversee cost-effective, safe, patient-centric fulfillment strategy across all sites
• Other duties as assigned
