Job summary

Lumicera Health Services is seeking a Director, Fulfillment Operations to lead the future of mail order pharmacy fulfillment across multiple sites. You will shape vision, strategy, and delivery of inventory, cold chain, dispensing, shipping and service delivery.

Reporting to the Vice President of Operations, you will design and optimize staffing, cross-functional collaboration, and technology integrations to support scalable and compliant operations while enhancing patient care and experience.

Qualifications

• ACPE-accredited degree (B.S. Pharmacy or Pharm.D.) and current Pharmacist license.
• Active, unrestricted Pharmacist license in the state of residence or reciprocity within 4 months.
• 5+ years licensed pharmacist experience preferred.
• 4–5 years’ experience in specialty pharmacy preferred.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Managed care/PBM experience preferred.
• Participation in compliance programs and teamwork.
• Ability to collaborate respectfully with others.

Responsibilities

• Lead and redesign operations to increase service levels and efficiencies.
• Oversee Patient Services and Specialty Programs staffing requirements.
• Collaborate with IT to ensure systems support fulfillment operations.
• Develop strategic plans for infrastructure of systems, processes and personnel.
• Drive continuous operational improvements for patient care and experience.
• Coordinate with leaders to optimize processes for safety and efficiency.
• Monitor KPIs and report to Pharmacy Managers and Exec Leaders.
• Contribute to Quality Improvement Projects and Oversight Committee.
• Investigate and justify new tech or processes for efficiency or patient experience.
• Oversee a cost-effective, safe, patient-centric fulfillment strategy across sites.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
