Lumicera Health Services is seeking a Director of Fulfillment Operations in the United States. This role leads the vision and delivery of pharmacy fulfillment across multi-site operations, including inventory, cold chain, dispensing, shipping, and service delivery.

The Director will shape organizational design, drive cross-functional collaboration with IT, and develop staffing models to support growth, compliance, and business continuity.

Qualifications

• Graduate of ACPE Accreditation School of Pharmacy with a B.S. Pharmacy or Pharm.D, degree with current, unrestricted license required.
• Current, unrestricted licensure as a Registered Pharmacist in the state of residence, or the ability to gain reciprocity within 4 months.
• Minimum of five years as a licensed pharmacist preferred.
• 4 – 5 years’ experience in specialty pharmacy preferred.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Managed care and/or PBM experience preferred.
• Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives.
• The ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees.

Responsabilités

• Conduct operational redesign and develop and execute business strategies that increase service levels, operational capabilities, and efficiencies.
• Direct and oversee Patient Services and Specialty Programs staffing requirements by analyzing trends and forecasting with WFM.
• Collaborate with IT leadership to ensure systems support fulfillment operations and are optimized for operation, efficiency, and reporting.
• Develop and implement strategic plans for infrastructure of systems, processes and personnel to support growth and new services.
• Drive continuous operational improvements to enhance patient care and customer experience.
• Coordinate with cross-functional leaders to optimize processes for safety and efficiency.
• Monitor, evaluate, and report pharmacy service KPIs to Pharmacy Managers and Executives.
• Contribute to Quality Improvement Projects and participate in oversight committees.
• Assess new technology or processes to improve fulfillment efficiency or patient experience.
• Oversee cost-effective, safe, patient-centric fulfillment strategy across locations.
