Job summary

BILL is a fast-growing fintech company enabling embedded finance for SMBs. As Director, Product Partnerships on the Embed team, you will own two strategic partnerships, drive adoption post-launch, and shape joint roadmaps across product, sales, and engineering.

You will manage executive-level relationships, lead commercial negotiations, and coordinate across finance, legal and the CRO to deliver on shared commitments, influencing direction and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product partnerships, or embedded commercial partnerships.
• Experience with sell-through motions and post-launch volume.
• Ability to engage and negotiate with VP/C-suite on both sides.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end accountability for two named strategic partnerships, including transaction growth, activation, and joint revenue.
• Drive post-launch sell-through inside each partner's platform and engage with sales, product, and customer success teams to move volume.
• Develop and execute joint product roadmaps translating commercial priorities into internal requirements.
