Job summary

Brigit, a holistic financial health company, is seeking a VP, Head of Partnerships to own Brigit’s B2B partnership strategy and commercial outcomes. You will grow strategic relationships, launch embedded-finance partnerships, and expand opportunities through partners.

This is a hands-on leadership role; you will set priorities, lead major deals, hire and develop the team, and work with Product, Engineering, Growth, Risk, Legal, and Compliance to move opportunities from thesis to signed

Qualifications

• 15+ years in partnerships, business development, or general management in consumer fintech or related fields.
• Experience negotiating and launching complex API, embedded, or white-label partnerships.
• Experience setting commercial strategy, managing a pipeline, and developing people.
• Ability to work with product/engineering on integrations and with risk/legal on data-use questions.

Responsibilities

• Build the growth engine: define B2B partnership strategy, target segments, partner value proposition, goals, and priorities.
• Win and grow strategic partnerships through executive relationships, negotiations, renewals, and expansions.
• Launch embedded offerings from discovery to launch, with repeatable terms and criteria.
• Test new partnership models with risk, data, product, and lenders to assess commercial and technical viability.
• Shape partner experience by translating needs into clear commercial requirements for reusable integrations.
• Build and lead the team and manage affiliate partnerships with growth.
• Operate with Legal, Compliance, and Risk on diligence, contracting, and data use.
