Job summary

BILL is a rapidly growing Fintech company seeking a Principal Product Manager for the Embed & Integrations team. You will own the products connecting BILL to major accounting systems, ensuring accurate data flow into general ledger and driving customer value.

You will shape strategy across Syncs, Integrations, and the App Center, partner with key ERP vendors, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver measurable adoption and revenue outcomes.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of product management experience with a proven track record delivering multi-year roadmaps.
• Experience owning a portfolio of products and delivering long-term plans across multiple areas.
• Strong collaboration with Engineering, Design, Analytics, GTM and CX to drive outcomes.
• Deep ERP and accounting system knowledge and experience with integrations.

Responsibilities

• Define strategy and multi-year roadmap for Sync, Integrations, and App Center.
• Partner on ERP integrations with Oracle NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC, and others.
• Lead cross-functional teams to drive adoption, retention, and revenue growth.
• Create funded business cases with Finance and set goals, OKRs, and KPIs.
• Lead discovery with customers, partners, and accountants to define problems and solutions.
• Drive a testing and experimentation roadmap to enable bigger bets with confidence.
• Communicate progress, risks, and decisions to executives clearly.
