Job summary

Brigit is seeking a Head of Partnerships to own the B2B partnership strategy and drive commercial outcomes. You will grow relationships, launch embedded-finance partnerships, and evaluate new opportunities to bring Brigit’s capabilities to more consumers through partners.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in partnerships, business development, or general management in consumer fintech, embedded finance, financial-data products, lending, or a closely related field.
• A record of negotiating and launching complex API, embedded, or white-label partnerships—not just signing agreements.
• Experience setting commercial strategy and targets, managing a pipeline, and developing people.
• The ability to work credibly with product and engineering leaders on integrations and with risk teams on how a potential data source is evaluated.
• Proven track record of both managing and growing existing partnerships as well as assessing and adding new ones
• Sound judgment in regulated environments and experience working with Legal and Compliance on partner diligence, contracting, and data-use questions.
• Strong executive communication, commercial negotiation, and analytical skills; comfort moving between a strategic plan and hands-on execution.

Responsibilities

• Build the growth engine by defining the B2B partnership strategy, target segments, partner value proposition, and quarterly priorities.
• Win and grow strategic partnerships by leading executive relationships, negotiations, renewals, and expansion plans.
• Launch embedded offerings from discovery to launch, with repeatable commercial terms and launch criteria.
• Test new partnership models by coordinating studies, evaluating demand and economics, and recommending next steps.
• Shape the partner experience by translating needs into commercial requirements for reusable integrations.
• Build and lead the team, hire for opportunities, and establish ownership, goals, and accountability.
• Operate responsibly by partnering with Legal, Compliance, and Risk on diligence, data use, and launch readiness.
