Job summary

Brigit is seeking a VP, Head of Partnerships to own the B2B partnership strategy and commercial outcomes. You will grow strategic relationships, launch embedded-finance partnerships, and evaluate new opportunities to bring Brigit’s capabilities to more consumers through partners.

This is a hands-on leadership role with executive deal-making, team building, and cross-functional collaboration. You will define priorities, lead major partner negotiations, and build an operating cadence to scale the

Qualifications

• 15+ years in partnerships, business development, or general management in consumer fintech or embedded finance.
• Experience negotiating and launching complex API, embedded, or white-label partnerships.
• Experience setting commercial strategy, targets, and pipeline management.
• Ability to work credibly with product and engineering on integrations and with risk on data sources.
• Proven track record of growing existing partnerships and adding new ones.
• Sound judgment in regulated environments; experience with Legal and Compliance on partner diligence.
• Strong executive communication, negotiation, and analytical skills with hands-on execution.

Responsibilities

• Build the growth engine by defining B2B partnership strategy, target segments, partner value, and quarterly priorities.
• Lead executive relationships, negotiations, renewals, and expansions with key partners.
• Drive embedded offerings from discovery to launch, with clear terms and launch criteria.
• Assess new partnership models with risk, data, product, and lenders; evaluate market demand and economics.
• Translate partner needs into clear commercial requirements for reusable integrations.
• Lead the team, manage affiliate partnerships, hire for opportunities, and set ownership and accountability.
