Job summary

Lumicera is seeking a Director of Provider Relations to steer the provider relations strategy for Lumicera Direct, align with enterprise growth objectives, and lead cross-functional teams including provider engagement, account management, and provider support.

You will collaborate with senior leaders to drive provider growth, retention, and service excellence while managing executive relationships and strategic partnerships across health systems and physician practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD with advanced leadership studies preferred.
• Unrestricted Pharmacist license in home state or eligible for reciprocity.
• 8+ years in specialty pharmacy or healthcare leadership roles.
• 5+ years leading multiple teams and functions.
• 3+ years of sales leadership and strategy experience.
• Experience building growth programs, market expansion, and revenue initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the provider relations strategy for Lumicera Direct.
• Lead the vision and operating model for provider relations and related functions.
• Partner with sales leadership to drive provider growth and retention.
• Act as executive sponsor for key provider organizations and health systems.
• Establish executive-level relationships with physician executives and health system leaders.
• Conduct executive business reviews to assess performance and opportunities.
