Job summary

Lumicera is seeking a Director of Provider Relations to shape the strategy and execution across Lumicera Direct provider engagements. You will lead a team spanning account management, provider support, and engagement, aligning with enterprise growth and market expansion goals.

You will collaborate with senior leadership to drive growth, optimize provider experiences, and ensure long-term partnerships across health systems, clinics, and physician practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD required.
• MBA, MHA, or related business degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the provider relations strategy aligned with growth objectives.
• Lead the vision and operating model for provider relations and engagement.
• Partner with Sales leadership to drive growth, retention, and performance.
• Maintain executive-level relationships with provider organizations and leadership.
• Lead executive business reviews to assess performance and opportunities.
• Oversee provider feedback channels and communicate actionable insights to leadership.
• Represent Lumicera in meetings, industry events, and partnerships.
• Travel up to 40% for provider meetings and reviews.
