Job summary

Lumicera invites a Director of Provider Relations to shape and lead the provider engagement and operations strategy for Lumicera Direct. You will oversee multiple teams, align with enterprise goals, and drive provider adoption and retention through strategic initiatives.

You will cultivate executive relationships with physician-owned clinics and health systems, translate insights into scalable programs, and manage budgets and staffing to support sustainable growth, traveling up to 40% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD required; MBA, MHA, or related business/healthcare degree preferred.
• Current, unrestricted Pharmacist licensure in home state or reciprocity readiness may be required.
• Advanced leadership training in healthcare strategy or provider relations preferred.
• 8+ years in specialty pharmacy/healthcare leadership roles with provider relations or related.
• 5+ years of leadership managing leaders and multi-function teams in healthcare.
• 3+ years in sales leadership and sales strategy.
• Experience with growth, market expansion, and revenue-generating initiatives.
• Experience partnering with executive leaders to drive strategic growth.
• Strong understanding of specialty pharmacy operations and provider workflows.
• Experience using CRM, analytics, and BI reporting to drive decisions.
• Proven track record influencing executives and translating provider insights into strategy.
• Established relationships in specialty pharmacy and provider networks preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the provider relations strategy aligned with Lumicera Direct growth goals.
• Define vision and operating model for provider relations, account management, and provider support.
• Partner with senior leaders to drive provider growth, referrals, retention and performance.
• Serve as Executive Sponsor for key provider organizations and strategic partnerships.
• Build executive relationships with physician owners and health system leaders to support objectives.
• Lead business reviews to assess performance, identify opportunities and address challenges.
• Oversee provider feedback channels and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Act as liaison between providers and Lumicera leadership in planning and execution.
• Identify growth opportunities to increase engagement, referrals, and revenue.
• Collaborate with operations, clinical services, and sales to ensure consistent provider experience.
• Oversee CRM vendor relations and tool selection; manage budgeting and staffing.
