Lumicera is hiring a Director, Provider Relations to shape the strategic vision for provider engagement, operations, and account management within Lumicera Direct. You will lead a team of managers across provider relations functions and partner with Sales leadership to drive growth and retention.

The role requires extensive experience in specialty pharmacy, healthcare leadership, and executive stakeholder engagement, with travel up to 40% and a focus on delivering scalable processes and improved

Competenze

• Pharmacist license in domicile state or ability to gain reciprocity within 4 months.
• 8+ years in specialty pharmacy, healthcare services, or provider relations leadership.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing leaders and multiple functions.
• 3+ years of sales leadership and sales strategy experience.
• Experience building growth programs, market expansion, and revenue initiatives.

Mansioni

• Develop and execute the provider relations strategy across Lumicera Direct.
• Lead vision and operating model for provider relations, account management, and provider engagement.
• Collaborate with Sales leadership to drive provider growth, referrals, and retention.
• Act as executive sponsor for provider organizations and strategic partnerships.
• Establish and maintain executive relationships with health system leaders and providers.
• Lead executive business reviews to assess performance and identify opportunities.
• Oversee provider feedback channels and communicate actionable insights to leadership.
• Serve as pharmacist SME for specialty services and patient access programs.
• Travel up to 40% for meetings and industry events.
