Job summary

Lumicera is seeking a Director, Provider Relations to shape the strategic vision for provider engagement, operations, and partnerships within Lumicera Direct. You will lead through managers responsible for account management, provider support, and engagement, driving growth and long-term relationships.

The role requires executive-level collaboration with sales leadership, strong provider stakeholder networks, and a track record of expanding referrals and ensuring service excellence.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in specialty pharmacy or healthcare leadership with provider relations
• 5+ years leading multiple business functions and provider-facing teams
• 3+ years of sales leadership and sales strategy experience
• Experience with executive stakeholders and strategic business planning

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the provider relations strategy for Lumicera Direct
• Define vision, priorities, and operating model for provider relations
• Partner with sales leadership to drive provider growth and retention
• Lead relationship management with physician groups and health systems
• Provide executive reporting and market insights to leadership
