Qualifications

• 10+ years in healthcare leadership roles with provider relations or pharmacy services.
• Experience leading multiple functions: account management, provider engagement, and sales.
• Demonstrated ability to build strategic partnerships with health systems and physician groups.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute provider relations strategy aligned with Lumicera Direct growth.
• Lead vision and operating model for provider relations, account management, and provider support teams.
• Partner with Sales leadership to drive provider growth, referrals, and retention.
