Job summary

Lumicera is seeking a Director, Provider Relations to lead provider engagement, operations and account management for Lumicera Direct. You will shape strategy, build scalable processes, and drive growth with provider networks across health systems and physician groups.

The role requires deep experience in specialty pharmacy, provider relations and sales leadership, with a track record of influencing executive stakeholders and delivering performance improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD required; MBA/MPA preferred.
• Current, unrestricted Pharmacist license or reciprocity within 4 months.
• 8+ years in specialty pharmacy or related healthcare leadership roles.
• 5+ years of leadership managing leaders and provider-facing teams.
• 3+ years of sales leadership and sales strategy experience.
• Experience with CRM, analytics, forecasting, and BI reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute provider relations strategy for Lumicera Direct.
• Define vision and operating model for provider relations and account management.
• Collaborate with Sales to drive provider growth and referral expansion.
• Serve as Executive Sponsor for key provider partnerships and growth initiatives.
• Establish executive relationships to strengthen partnerships and drive alignment.
• Lead executive reviews to assess performance and opportunities.
