Job summary

Lumicera is seeking a Director, Provider Relations to lead the strategy and execution of provider engagement across Lumicera Direct. You will guide account management, provider support operations, and engagement initiatives while partnering with sales leadership to shape market strategy and growth.

You will manage executive relationships, oversee performance reviews, and drive satisfaction and referral growth across provider networks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD is required.
• MBA, MHA, or Master’s in Business/Healthcare preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute provider relations strategy aligned with growth and market goals.
• Lead vision and operating model for provider relations, account management, and provider support.
• Collaborate with VP Sales and Director to drive provider growth and referral expansion.
• Serve as executive sponsor for provider organizations and strategic partnerships.
• Establish executive relationships to strengthen partnerships and drive outcomes.
• Lead executive reviews to assess performance and growth opportunities.
• Oversee provider feedback channels and communicate actionable insights.
• Act as liaison between providers and Lumicera leadership for strategic planning.
