Job summary

Lumicera Direct is seeking a Director of Provider Relations to develop and execute the strategic vision for provider engagement, operations, and account management. You will lead through managers responsible for provider support and engagement, while partnering with senior sales leaders to shape market strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or PharmD required.
• MBA, MHA, or Master’s in Business/Healthcare preferred.
• 8+ years in specialty pharmacy or healthcare leadership roles.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing leaders and provider-facing teams.
• 3+ years in sales leadership and strategy.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the provider relations strategy for Lumicera Direct.
• Lead vision, priorities, and operating model for provider relations and related functions.
• Partner with Sales leaders to drive provider growth, retention, and revenue.
• Serve as Executive Sponsor for key provider organizations and partnerships.
• Establish executive-level relationships with physician executives and health-system leaders.
• Lead business reviews with provider organizations to assess performance and opportunities.
• Oversee provider feedback channels and communicate actionable insights to executives.
• Act as the primary executive liaison between provider organizations and Lumicera leadership.
• Identify opportunities to increase provider engagement, referrals, and market share.
• Collaborate with pharmacy operations, clinical services, and sales to ensure consistent provider experience.
• Develop CRM vendor relations and manage vendor selection.
• Own budgeting, workforce planning, and operational investments.
