Lumicera Direct is seeking a Director of Provider Relations to lead a cross-functional team focused on provider engagement, account management, and operational excellence. The role drives growth, retention, and service delivery excellence across Lumicera Direct provider partnerships.

The position requires strategic vision, senior leadership experience, and the ability to partner with sales, operations, and executive leadership to scale programs and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD is required.
• MBA, MHA, or related business degree preferred for leadership.
• 8+ years in specialty pharmacy or healthcare leadership roles required.
• 5+ years of leadership managing leaders and multiple functions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the provider relations strategy aligned with growth goals.
• Lead provider relations, account management, provider support, and engagement functions.
• Build executive relationships with physician leaders and health-system executives.
• Provide executive reporting and market intelligence to leadership.
• Travel up to 40% for provider meetings and reviews.
