Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the provider relations strategy for Lumicera Direct.
• Lead the vision and operating model for provider relations, account management, and provider support.
• Partner with VP of Sales and Director, Provider Sales to drive provider growth, referrals, retention, and performance.
• Serve as executive sponsor for key provider organizations and health systems to support growth.
• Establish executive relationships to strengthen partnerships and align strategic objectives.
• Provide executive reporting, market intelligence, and growth recommendations to leadership.
