Job summary

Lumicera Direct seeks a Director of Provider Relations to define and execute a comprehensive provider engagement strategy, drive growth, and ensure partner satisfaction. You will lead multiple teams, oversee operations, and partner with senior sales leaders to expand referral networks.

You will build executive-level partnerships with physician groups and health systems while guiding budgets and strategic programs. Expect up to 40% travel as part of role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD required. MBA/MPA/related business degree preferred.
• 8+ years in specialty pharmacy, healthcare services, or provider relations.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing leaders and multiple business functions.
• 3+ years of sales leadership and sales strategy experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the provider relations strategy for Lumicera Direct.
• Lead executive relationships with physician executives and health-system leaders.
• Partner with sales leadership to drive provider growth, referrals, and retention.
• Oversee provider feedback channels and translate insights for executive leadership.
• Drive budgeting, workforce planning, and operational investments.
• Represent Lumicera at provider meetings, forums, and industry events.
