Job summary

Lumicera Direct seeks a Director, Provider Relations to lead provider engagement, operations, and account management, shaping the strategic vision for partnerships and growth across Lumicera Direct.

You will direct teams, manage budgets, and work with executive leadership to drive provider adoption, referral development, and long‑term success with health systems and physician groups. Travel up to 40% is required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of leadership in specialty pharmacy or healthcare leadership roles.
• License as a Registered Pharmacist in the resident state or reciprocity options.
• Experience with provider relations, market expansion, and revenue initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute provider relations strategy aligned with growth objectives.
• Lead provider engagement, account management, and provider support functions.
• Partner with sales leaders to drive provider growth and referral expansion.
• Build executive-level relationships with physician leaders and health systems.
• Own budgeting, workforce planning, and operational investments.
