• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, English, Journalism, Communications, or related field, or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a team of proposal development and management professionals.
• Oversee proposal content management library and templates to ensure accuracy.
• Provide consultative support to Sales on strategy for targeted opportunities.
• Lead client acquisition and retention efforts related to RFPs and related documents.
• Oversee financial savings models and guarantees for RFPs and align with business strategies.
