Archimedes in Richmond, VA is seeking a Director, Proposals to lead a team of proposal development and management professionals responsible for strategic responses to RFPs and related sales documents. This role ensures accurate, timely, and concise communications that showcase Archimedes best-in-class pharmacy benefit solutions.

The Director will guide opportunity analysis, manage templates, support Sales with targeted strategies, oversee savings model outcomes and guarantees, and mentor staff

Formación

• 5+ years of progressive experience in business proposal development.
• 2+ years in the health plan, PBM, or healthcare industry.
• 2+ years of leadership experience delivering results in a professional services environment.
• Large project management experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and grow a team of proposal professionals.
• Oversee proposal content library and templates.
• Provide consultative support to Sales on strategy for opportunities.
• Lead client acquisition and retention efforts for RFPs and related documents.
• Provide guidance on performance guarantees and best practices.
• Oversee financial savings models and guarantees for RFPs.
