Job summary

Archimedes seeks a Director of Proposals in Columbus, OH to lead a team responsible for strategic, customer-focused proposal content and related sales documents. You will guide RFP analyses, optimize resources, and ensure timely, accurate responses that showcase Archimedes' pharmacy benefit solutions.

You will oversee both written components and financial outcomes, develop staffing and talent, and drive best practices across the proposal function, aiming for continuous improvement and excellent

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, English, Journalism, Communications, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in business proposal development.
• 2+ years in the health plan, PBM, or healthcare industry.
• 2+ years of leadership experience delivering results in professional services.
• Large project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a team of proposal development and management professionals.
• Oversee written proposals, responses, and sales-related documents.
• Provide consultative support to Sales on strategy for opportunities.
• Manage proposal content library and templates.
• Oversee financial savings models and performance guarantees for RFPs.
• Mentor and develop team members; build a pipeline of future leaders.
• Ensure compliance and alignment with company sales strategies.
