Archimedes is seeking a Director, Proposals to lead a team of professionals responsible for strategic, customer-focused proposal content and sales documentation. The role includes analyzing RFP opportunities and optimizing resource use across the organization.

It also oversees financial outcomes, savings models, and guarantees for RFPs. The Director will recruit, engage, develop, and retain talent to achieve goals and prioritize initiatives, while aligning with Archimedes' best-in-class pharmacy

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, English, Journalism, Communications, or related field is required.

• Lead and grow a team of proposal development and management professionals.
• Oversee written proposals and sales-related documents for client audiences.
• Analyze opportunities to optimize resource allocation for proposals.
• Ensure timely, accurate, and concise responses communicating Archimedes' solutions.
• Oversee proposal savings estimates and guarantees.
• Staffing, recruiting, developing, and retaining talent for goals.
• Provide consultative support to Sales on proposal strategies.
• Mentor and develop team members; drive accountability and continuous improvement.
• Ensure collaboration with subject matter experts across the enterprise.
• Support project coordination, planning, scheduling, and reporting.
