Archimedes is seeking a Director of Proposals to lead a team of proposal development and management professionals, accountable for strategic customer-focused proposals and related sales documents. The role involves analyzing RFP opportunities, optimizing resource allocation, and ensuring timely, accurate, and concise responses that showcase Archimedes's best-in-class pharmacy benefit solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, English, Journalism, Communications, or related field, or equivalent work experience.

Responsabilités

• Participate in analysis and discernment of opportunities to ensure effective use of resources dedicated to proposal development.
• Oversee proposal content management library and templates ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
• Provide Sales with consultative support on development and execution of targeted strategies to enhance competitive advantage.
• Lead client acquisition and retention efforts for RFPs and related documents.
• Provide support to staff related to performance guarantees and best practices.
• Oversee financial savings model outcomes and performance guarantee offerings for RFPs.
• Identify performance guarantee risks and trends.
• Ensure collaboration between Proposal team and SMEs.
• Support project coordination, scheduling, organization, and reporting.
• Maintain knowledge of sales strategies, target markets, and trends to meet client needs.
• Guide and develop direct reports to achieve aligned results.
• Lead and inspire high-performing teams with strategic direction and resource alignment.
• Mentor and develop team members with coaching and career planning.
• Establish a culture of accountability and continuous improvement for innovative solutions.
• Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance, people and culture, and learning programs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
