Archimedes in Minnesota seeks a Director, Proposals to lead a team of proposal development and management professionals, shaping strategic responses for a variety of client audiences.

You will oversee written components and financial outcomes, develop savings guarantees, and recruit and mentor talent to deliver on goals. The role emphasizes collaboration, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Formación

• 5+ years of progressive experience in business proposal development.
• 2+ years in health plan or healthcare industry.
• 2+ years of leadership with high-performing teams.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze opportunities to optimize resource use in proposal development.
• Oversee proposal content library and templates.
• Provide consultative support to Sales for targeted strategies.
• Lead client acquisition and retention efforts related to RFPs and related documents.
• Guide staff on performance guarantees and best practices.
• Ensure collaboration between Proposal team and subject matter experts.
• Support project coordination and reporting.
• Develop knowledge of sales strategies and market trends.
• Mentor and develop team members.
• Foster accountability and continuous improvement.
• Participate in company compliance and learning programs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
