Job summary

Repligen Corporation in the United States (Massachusetts) seeks a Director of Proposal Management to lead enterprise-scale bioprocessing proposals. You will coordinate with multiple business units to create unified customer solutions, govern budgets, and drive end-to-end responses from RFI to final URS.

You will build libraries, digital workflows, and a high-performing Proposal team, reporting to the VP Integrated Solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering, life sciences, business, or related field.
• 10 years of life sciences or bioprocessing experience in proposals or related roles.
• At least 5 years leading complex RFI/RFP/RFQ/URS/proposal activities.
• Strong knowledge of upstream/downstream bioprocessing and single-use tech.
• Experience budgeting quotations and cross-functional coordination.
• Experience engaging senior stakeholders across functions.
• GMP equipment and regulatory knowledge understanding.
• Experience building standardized proposal processes and CPQ workflows.
• At least 3 years of people leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross‑business-unit proposals spanning the Repligen portfolio.
• Establish controlled budgeting and pricing readiness prior to URS.
• Own end-to-end RFI/RFP/RFQ/URS response process.
• Maintain pipeline with Commercial team and strategic accounts.
• Develop scalable governance, templates, and content libraries.
• Build libraries of URS responses, specs, regulatory content.
• Implement AI-assisted URS/RFP tools and CPQ capabilities.
• Ensure disciplined handover after award with clear deliverables.
• Lead and develop Proposal Managers and regional coverage.
