Repligen Corporation in the United States seeks a Director, Proposal Management to lead end-to-end bioprocessing proposals that integrate Repligen equipment, consumables, automation, software, services, and select third-party technologies into complete customer solutions. You will serve as the primary proposal leader from early engagement through RFI, RFP, URS response, and final submission.

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex RFI, RFP, RFQ, URS for bioprocess equipment.
• Strong GMP regulatory/quality knowledge.
• Ability to develop budgetary quotations across multiple product lines.

Responsabilités

• Lead cross-business-unit proposals from intake to submission.
• Establish governance, templates, and libraries for proposals.
• Manage end-to-end RFI/RFP/RFQ/URS processes.
• Partner with Commercial to maintain a prioritized pipeline.
• Develop scalable proposal processes and CPQ workflows.
• Conduct disciplined handover after award with clear deliverables.
• Recruit, develop, and mentor Proposal Managers.
• Track proposal metrics and drive continuous improvement.
