Job summary

Repligen Corporation in the United States is seeking a Director, Proposal Management to lead end-to-end bioprocessing proposals integrating equipment, consumables, automation, software and services into complete customer solutions.

You will build governance, libraries, pricing tools, and digital workflows; recruit and mentor a team of Proposal Managers while collaborating with business unit leaders to accelerate responsive, compliant proposals across global markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Life Sciences, Business, Operations, or related field.
• 10 years in life sciences or bioprocessing with proposals, product management, technical sales, capital equipment, or integrated solution development.
• 5+ years leading complex RFI, RFP, RFQ, URS, or proposal activities for bioprocess equipment, engineered systems, automation, consumables, or regulated capital solutions.
• Understanding of upstream and downstream bioprocessing, single-use technologies, equipment integration, automation interfaces, consumables, services, and the commercial lifecycle for capital projects.
• Experience developing budgets and final proposals across multiple product lines while coordinating technical scope, pricing, schedule, risk, compliance, and customer expectations.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-business-unit proposal efforts to create unified customer solutions.
• Establish governance, templates, pricing tools, and digital workflows.
• Recruit, develop, and mentor a team of Proposal Managers.
• Ensure fast, accurate budgetary proposals and compliant URS responses.
• Drive continuous improvement of proposal content and processes.
