Job summary

Repligen Corp is seeking a Director of Proposal Management to lead end-to-end, enterprise-scale bioprocessing proposals that integrate equipment, consumables, automation, software, services, and third‑party technologies into complete customer solutions.

You will shepherd the process from early customer engagement through RFI, RFP, URS response, and final proposal development, while building scalable governance, libraries, and workflows across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Life Sciences, Business, Operations, or related technical field.
• 10 years of life sciences or bioprocessing industry experience with proposals, applications engineering, product management, or integrated solution development.
• At least 5 years leading complex RFI, RFP, RFQ, URS, or proposal activities for bioprocess equipment or regulated capital solutions.
• Understanding of GMP equipment and consumables regulatory/quality requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross‑functional proposal efforts spanning multiple business units.
• Establish governance, templates, and response libraries for rapid, accurate proposals.
• Own end-to-end RFI/RFP/RFQ/URS management from intake to submission and follow‑up.
• Coordinate with commercial teams to align pricing, schedules, and risk handling.
• Scale proposal management capabilities and develop SOPs, training, and content libraries.
• Mentor and build a high‑performing team of Proposal Managers.
