The role leads a team of Proposal Managers, scales governance and libraries, and partners with business leaders to drive accurate budgeting, timing, and content quality across bids. Travel ~15% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Life Sciences, Business, Operations, or a related technical discipline.
• 10+ years in life sciences/bioprocessing with proposals, applications engineering, product management, or capital equipment responsibilities.
• 5+ years leading complex RFI/RFP/RFQ/URS or proposal activities for bioprocess equipment or regulated capital solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end proposal development across Repligen portfolio, coordinating with multiple business units.
• Establish scalable governance, templates, and libraries for rapid proposal generation.
• Recruit, develop, and mentor a team of Proposal Managers.
• Travel globally up to 15% to support client engagements and field activities.
• Ensure compliance, quality, and regulatory alignment across proposals and responses.
