Job summary

Repligen Corporation seeks a Director of Proposal Management to lead enterprise-scale bioprocessing proposals, integrating equipment, consumables, automation, software, and services into complete customer solutions.

The role will build a scalable, governance-driven proposal capability, recruit and mentor a team of Proposal Managers, and partner closely with business unit leaders across the organization. Travel ~15% globally is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Life Sciences, Business, Operations, or related technical discipline.
• Experience leading complex RFI/RFP/RFQ/URS or proposal activities in bioprocessing or capital projects.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and budgeting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end proposal development across Repligen portfolio.
• Coordinate with multiple business units and stakeholders for unified proposals.
• Drive governance, templates, and knowledge libraries for proposals.
• Manage RFI/RFP/RFQ/URS processes and pricing coordination.
• Oversee budgetary proposals, margins, and compliance checks.
