Job summary

Repligen Corporation in the United States seeks a Director of Program Management, Integrated Solutions. This role leads end-to-end execution of enterprise-scale customer facility expansion projects, spanning upstream and downstream bioprocess equipment, automation, software, consumables, and third-party interfaces.

Reporting to the VP, Integrated Solutions, you will build governance, processes, tools, and a team of Project Managers to deliver on time, within budget, and to the highest quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Life Sciences, Operations, or related technical discipline.
• 10+ years of life sciences industry experience, including program management, GMP manufacturing, scale-up, commissioning, qualification, validation, and global project execution.
• At least 7 years leading complex capital bioprocessing, manufacturing, or engineered-system projects from pre-sale through delivery and handover.
• Progressive leadership experience in regional operations, program management, or project execution with accountability for delivery and finances.
• At least 3 years of people leadership experience, including talent development and succession planning.

Responsibilities

• Solution Architecture: Lead cross-functional alignment to translate customer design requirements into integrated process solutions.
• Project execution: Deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget while managing scope, risks, resources, governance, quality, and customer expectations.
• Stakeholder alignment: Coordinate across internal functions and external partners to resolve issues and enable delivery.
• Organizational leadership: Recruit, coach, and retain project management talent with clear accountability and performance expectations.
• Project Management Tools and Standards: Develop standardized tools, templates, dashboards, and stage-gate processes to strengthen governance.
• Partnership strategy: Develop strategies with engineering firms, system integrators, and other bioprocessing suppliers.
• Project Closeout & Continuous Improvement: Capture lessons learned and translate them into product/process improvements.
