Job summary

Repligen Corporation is seeking a Director, Proposal Management to lead end-to-end bioprocessing proposals, integrating equipment, consumables, automation, software, and services into complete customer solutions. You will guide RFI, RFP, URS responses, and final proposals, reporting to the VP of Integrated Solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Life Sciences, Business, Operations, or related field.
• 10 years in life sciences or bioprocessing with proposals, applications engineering, product management, technical sales, or integrated solutions.
• At least 5 years leading complex RFI, RFP, RFQ, URS, or proposal activities for bioprocess equipment, engineered systems, automation, consumables, or related projects.
• Strong understanding of GMP equipment and regulatory/quality requirements.
• Experience developing standardized proposal processes, knowledge libraries, CPQ workflows, and CRM processes.
• At least 3 years of people leadership, including coaching, resource planning, and succession development.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-business-unit proposals spanning the Repligen portfolio.
• Establish controlled process for budgetary proposals and pricing governance.
• Own end-to-end RFI/RFP/RFQ/URS management and post-submission follow-up.
• Partner with Commercial team to manage pipeline and forecast stages.
• Develop scalable governance, templates, and knowledge libraries.
• Drive CPQ enablement and digital tooling while maintaining accuracy.
• Ensure disciplined handover after award with clear scope and deliverables.
• Recruit and mentor Proposal Managers for regional coverage.
• Track proposal metrics and drive continuous improvement.
