FirstEnergy Corp. seeks a senior leader in Process Excellence and Change Management within its Business Transformation function. You will own how work is redesigned, ensure durability after go-live, and lead a senior team across process excellence and change management to deliver measurable improvements.

The role emphasizes establishing standardized methods, rigorous design of future-state processes, and sustained adoption across multiple units, with accountability to executive leadership.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, organizational development, or related discipline with 10+ years of relevant experience
• Master's degree or MBA preferred
• Experience leading process improvement, operational excellence, or organizational change work
• Experience establishing methods, standards, or quality controls
• Experience leading and developing a team of experienced practitioners
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including influencing senior leaders
• Ability to manage a portfolio of concurrent initiatives across multiple units and meet deadlines

• Lead and develop a team across process excellence and change management
• Set methods, standards, and quality expectations for both disciplines
• Allocate specialist capacity across business units per portfolio priorities
• Own the enterprise-wide improvement methodology for consistency
• Develop and maintain process excellence and change management tooling
• Ensure sound baselines and post-implementation measurements
• Plan adoption and sustainment for initiatives with significant change
• Present to executive leadership and steering committees
• Identify cross-unit operational problems and advocate enterprise solutions
• Oversee continuous improvement training and certification programs
• Collaborate with Human Resources on organizational design and workforce impacts
• Manage third-party partners and ensure value delivery
