FirstEnergy Corp. is seeking a Director of Job Description Process Excellence to lead a two-discipline team focused on redesigning work and ensuring durable improvements beyond go-live.

You will own adoption planning, set standards, and align with executive leadership. Travel across the service territory is required; the role emphasizes sustaining improvements and building internal capability.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, organizational development, or related discipline, plus 10+ years of relevant work experience.
• Master's degree or MBA preferred.
• Experience leading process improvement, operational excellence, or organizational change work.
• Demonstrated experience establishing methods, standards, or quality controls.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop a team of contributors across process excellence and change management.
• Set methods, standards, and quality expectations for both disciplines.
• Allocate specialist capacity across business units per portfolio prioritization.
• Own the improvement methodology across the enterprise.
