FirstEnergy Corp. is seeking a Director of Job Description Process Excellence to lead a two-discipline team focused on process improvement and change management. You will drive standardized methodologies, governance, and durable results across the enterprise.

You will partner with HR and business units, own adoption plans, and present to executive leadership. Travel within the territory and a strong background in utility operations are preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, organizational development, or a related discipline, plus a minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience.
• Master's degree or MBA preferred.
• Relevant work experience includes leading process improvement, operational excellence, or organizational change work.
• Experience leading and developing a team of experienced practitioners.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to influence decision-making with senior leaders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop a team across process excellence and change management.
• Set methods, standards, and quality expectations for both disciplines.
• Allocate specialist capacity across business units according to portfolio prioritization.
• Own the improvement methodology across the enterprise.
• Select and/or develop, implement, and improve tooling and templates.
• Ensure baselines and post-implementation measurements are sound.
