Qualifications

• 5+ years managing multi-site consulting programs with budgets > $10M.
• Proven sales success in consulting with $1.5M in new business.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with hospital executives.

For our client, we are seeking a Director - Performance Transformation to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space.

This role will drive clinical effectiveness and operational improvement initiatives that help healthcare organizations strengthen performance across complex care delivery environments. The ideal candidate will lead multiple client workstreams, build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders, and translate industry challenges into practical, scalable solutions. This is a highly visible consulting leadership opportunity with meaningful influence on delivery quality, business growth, and team development.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $206,000 – $343,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of clinical effectiveness and operational optimization programs.


• Manage multiple workstreams to ensure timely and budget-aligned delivery.
