Qualifications

• 10+ years of managed care experience in healthcare operations

For our client, we are seeking a Director, Operations & Strategic Initiatives to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This leader will guide high-priority operational and strategic work that supports managed care execution and enterprise priorities. The role will partner closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to align shared services, solve business challenges, and drive measurable outcomes across the organization. It is well suited for someone who can translate strategy into action, manage a portfolio of complex initiatives, and influence stakeholders in a highly collaborative healthcare environment. The position also requires strong vendor oversight, executive-level communication, and the ability to balance multiple priorities while keeping work aligned to business objectives. Location: Remote Compensation: $100,000 - $231,540 annually
