Ladders is seeking a Director - Strategic Solutions & Performance to join a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space. You will drive benchmark-informed solutions that support new business and strategic client opportunities across an asset-intensive operating environment, translating data into executable service models and client-ready recommendations.

This remote role requires strong commercial thinking, advanced modeling, and the ability to influence executive decision-makers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, operations, engineering, or economics; advanced degree preferred.
• 7+ years in solutions, commercial strategy, pricing, benchmarking, consulting, finance, or operations transformation.
• Strong financial modeling including scenario and ROI analysis.
• Experience translating operational data into client-facing recommendations and executable operating models.
• Knowledge of facilities management, data centers, or asset-intensive environments preferred.
• Strong executive communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder influence skills.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint; experience with business intelligence tools preferred.

For our client, we are seeking a Director - Strategic Solutions & Performance to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space. This role will drive the development of benchmark-informed solutions that support new business and strategic client opportunities across an asset-intensive operating environment. You will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to translate operating data into executable service models, financial impact analyses, and client-ready recommendations. The position is focused on improving labor, productivity, service levels, and overall performance through data-driven solution design. Success in this role will require strong commercial thinking, advanced modeling skills, and the ability to influence executive decision-makers.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $160,000 – $185,000 annually
