Ladders is seeking a Director, Provider Engagement to shape and execute provider engagement strategies that support performance improvement, quality outcomes, and enterprise priorities. This remote role partners across internal teams and external stakeholders to advance value-based care initiatives across multiple markets.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in value-based care or healthcare strategy with 5+ years in leadership, and a Master's degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in healthcare administration, business, public health, or a related field is required.
• 8+ years of experience in value-based care, population health, or healthcare strategy is required.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing teams and overseeing supervisors is required.
• Experience leading large-scale provider engagement initiatives across multiple markets is preferred.

For our client, we are seeking a Director, Provider Engagement to join the team of a leader in the Hospitals & Medical Centers space.

This role will shape and execute provider engagement strategies that support performance improvement, quality outcomes, and alignment with enterprise priorities. The director will partner across internal teams and external stakeholders to advance value-based care initiatives across multiple markets. This position requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to guide complex programs that impact cost, utilization, and provider relationships.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $134,600 – $249,000 annually
