For our client, we are seeking a Director, Delivery & Deployment Excellence to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This leader will drive the execution discipline behind large-scale enterprise transformation, with a strong focus on ERP delivery, readiness, testing, and deployment across a global environment. The role will partner closely with functional, regional, and global stakeholders to align priorities, resolve trade-offs, and ensure business processes are streamlined for effective adoption. Success in this position will come from turning complex change into a clear, governed path from planning through go-live and into stable operations.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $184,000 – $230,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional teams to assess requirements and align priorities with the ERP roadmap
• Lead assessments to simplify processes and sponsor improvements that drive efficiency
• Resolve trade-offs between regional needs and global strategies, providing clear recommendations
• Set testing and readiness approaches within the global framework, ensuring business participation
• Oversee testing cycles, including defect resolution and business sign-off for critical issues
• Establish readiness criteria aligned with global governance, tracking actions and risks
• Develop and lead deployment plans, ensuring a smooth transition to operations
• Coordinate change and adoption activities, including training and stakeholder engagement
• Connect global and regional leaders to influence decisions that enhance delivery and outcomes
• Monitor post-go-live performance and capture lessons for future improvements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, technology, supply chain, finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 5-7 years of experience in enterprise transformation, ERP delivery, or change execution
• Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes across multiple functions
• Proven experience leading readiness, testing, and go-live for large-scale change initiatives
• Ability to leverage data and metrics to assess delivery health and support decision-making
• Excellent communication skills across diverse teams and regions
