Ladders is seeking a Director of People (AI, Product & Design) to join the team of a leader in the Retail & Consumer Goods space. You will serve as a strategic people partner to senior leaders, helping align talent and organization strategies with evolving business priorities. You will focus on building high-performing teams, strengthening leadership capability, and shaping organization design across markets.

Location: Remote. Compensation: $143,000 – $286,000 annually.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field and 5 years of experience in HR, or 7 years of experience in HR or a related area.
• 1 year of supervisory experience
• Master's degree in Human Resources or Business preferred
• PHR or SPHR certification preferred
• Project management certification and experience preferred
