Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Director, HRBP in San Francisco, CA, to act as a strategic partner to senior leaders and shape organizational effectiveness globally. You will guide large-scale HR initiatives, advise executive stakeholders, and align people programs with business goals, improving the employee experience and driving workforce strategies.

This leadership role reports to the SVP of HR and offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 15+ years of progressive HR experience consulting C-suite executives in technology, preferably manufacturing.
• 8+ years of leadership experience managing teams.

For our client, we are seeking a Director, HRBP to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This role will serve as a strategic people partner to senior leaders, helping shape organizational effectiveness and workforce strategies across a global environment. You will advise executive stakeholders, guide large-scale HR initiatives, and use data-driven insights to influence business decisions. The position also plays a key role in improving the employee experience and aligning people programs with broader business goals. Location: San Francisco, CA. Compensation: $222,500 – $261,500 annually.

• Proven success in developing global strategies and improving people experiences in a global workplace
• Experience leading transformation activities with executive stakeholders and cross-functional partners
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build commitment
