For our client, we are seeking a Director, Human Resources Business Partner to join the team of a leader in the Retail & Consumer Goods space. This role will lead strategic HR partnership across key business functions, with a strong focus on aligning people initiatives to business objectives in a dynamic consumer-focused environment. The Director will guide a team of HR Business Partners, collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence, and influence organizational effectiveness across multiple stakeholder groups. The position will play a critical role in workforce performance, change management, and the delivery of high-impact HR solutions that support growth and operational excellence.

Location: San Jose, CA

Compensation: $203,000 – $325,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of HR Business Partners supporting R&D, Sales, and Support functions
• Partner with business leaders to drive key HR initiatives
• Coordinate with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver HR programs
• Build strong relationships with business leaders and stakeholders

• Strong strategic and tactical HR orientation with excellent analytical and communication skills

• Excellent project management skills and proficiency in Excel
