Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Director, HR Business Partner - Corporate Functions to join the team remotely. The role serves as a strategic partner to senior leaders across corporate functions, shaping talent strategy, succession planning, and organizational effectiveness while influencing engagement, retention and performance.

You will help drive talent pipelines, use analytics to inform leadership decisions, and coach senior leaders.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, particularly as an HR Business Partner for senior leaders.
• Strong expertise in employee relations, especially with executives.
• Experience in corporate functions like Legal, Finance, Marketing, or Strategy is preferred.
• Deep understanding of corporate operations and dynamics of supporting non-revenue-generating teams.
• Exceptional executive presence and discretion in handling confidential matters.

For our client, we are seeking a Director, HR Business Partner - Corporate Functions to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space.

This role will serve as a strategic people partner to senior leaders across corporate functions, helping shape talent strategy, succession planning, and organizational effectiveness. You will influence decision-making across Legal, Finance, Marketing, Strategy, and other non-revenue-generating teams while strengthening engagement, retention, and performance. The position requires executive presence, strong judgment, and the ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics with confidentiality and impact.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $119,000 – $190,000 annually
